Will there be a replay?
Yes, the replay is available immediately and remains on our live event page until the next event takes place.
Do I have to create an account?
Yes, the platform we use (and love!) requires that you create an account. This verifies your identity and allows you to take advantage of the advanced features such as questions and chat. 🙂
I can’t get in?
Make sure you’re clicking the “save my spot” button at the top right and signing up as a “new user” – that should let you in!
I can’t remember my email or password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, click either of the “Forgot Password?” or “Skip Password” links.
My question isn’t submitting?
If you’re using an iPhone, after you type your question in the box, rather than hitting “done,” hit the return key! That will submit the question.
Why isn’t the live video loading?
Make sure you’re not using an iPhone, iPad, Surface Tablet, or the Safari Browser. Try an Android or laptop with Chrome!
Why is the video black?
Technical answer coming: some routers will block the video because they think they’re protecting you. (From us? I know, crazy!) If you connect to a different wifi spot, you should be able to get access.
My video or audio is skipping? OR The screen is loading weird?
If you haven’t already, can you try refreshing the page? The next step is try accessing the event directly.
I couldn’t fix my video or audio.
Sorry! There’s not much more we can do, but we definitely want to prevent this from happening in the future. Make sure you’re connected to a strong internet spot and, if you can you do me a favor, let me know (1) where you’re located (2) what device you’re watching on (3) what browser you’re using. We’ll work on learning why this happens.
